Product Description
A sandwich panel is one structure made of three layers of material: low density core inserted material in between two relatively thin steel skin layers. This sandwich setup allows to achieve excellent mechanical performance at minimal weight. The very high rigidity of a sandwich panel is achieved thanks to interaction of its components under flexural load applied to the panel: core takes the shear loads and creates a distance between the skins which take the in-plane stresses, one skin in tension, the other in compression. 1) Rockwool sandwich panel and its manufacturing process is one the most advanced inventions, which in the factory automation equipment, rock wool and steel into a whole, thus changing the way of the rock wool plate before the compound required site , under the premise that meet the requirements of the building thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire protection, to achieve a high quality, efficient, reliable, safe target.
The up & down surface of this rockwool panel is Galvanized & Pre-painted steel sheets, core material is 5 components rockwool glue, it is formed by heating, foaming & laminating. Rockwool is the best material for temperature keeping and sound insulation. It is widely used as the wall or roof for cold storage, industrial workshop, public building etc.
2) EPS sandwich panel,which is also called foam sandwich panel or EPS insulated panel,and it's one combination of steel sheets and EPS material.Compare to other sandwich panels,the main advantage of EPS sandwich panels is lightweight and competitive price. EPS sandwich panel performance full as the unique properties of EPS material, with high effect for water-resistance, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation and other aspects.
3)Propor Sandwich panel is one type of noncombustible sandwich panel that is made by propor and prepainted steel sheets. It is an economical nonflammable panel which is used for any structure such as factories,exhibition halls,cold rooms, clean rooms, office buildings and so on.* It could apply for anything same as former EPS.* It has superb incombustible ability in order to prevent fire.
